Initial google form applications are due November 15th, 2023. They will be reviewed by program leaders. Those short listed may have their references contacted and be personally contacted for a zoom interview. In the next phase, we will also will ask for unofficial transcripts and a current resume/C.V and we may contact your references. We hope to notify all applicants whether they have been accepted or rejected by January 15th, 2023.
We held an information session on zoom on Wednesday, November 8th 8:00AM PST/11:00AM EST. Here is a link to the recording and here is a link to the slides.
For those selected as semi-finalists, 20-30 min Zoom interviews will occur at the end of November and beginning of December 2023.
Note: Applicants must be (1) US citizens or permanent residents as required by the funding agency, (2) a current USF or UC Merced undergraduate or graduate student.
